2005 - UCLA:
After tearing his ACL in the 2004 Las Vegas Bowl, Drew Olson has made a speedy recovery and could very well return to the Bruin offense in the fall, where he is poised to begin his fourth season as the starting quarterback. Started all 12 games in 2004 for the Bruins, before getting injured in the bowl game. On the year, Olson threw for 2,565 yards and 20 touchdowns and ranks in the Top 5 all-time for passing yards and attempts. Threw for four touchdowns against Arizona and Cal in back-to-back games and had a career-high 325 yards against Arizona State throwing two more touchdowns, giving him 10 in a three-game span. Olson has started 26 games at UCLA in his three-year career.

2003 - UCLA:
True sophomore Drew Olson (6-2, 215) is listed as Co-#1 along with Matt Moore for the starting QB job, and will compete with Moore for the job all of fall. Olson was the #2 QB the first seven games last year, then was slated to take over when Cory Paus went down with injury, before being injured himself. Olson started the final five games of the season for UCLA, beating Washington in Seattle in his first start. On the season, Olson was 53-for-104 for 702 yards and 3 touchdowns. Olson threw for a career best 189 yards against Washington, and threw a pair of TD's against Washington State.

2002 - UCLA:
One of the most fundamentally sound quarterbacks in the class of 2002. Named to numerous nationally top 10 quarterback lists, Olson enters UCLA as possibly the top backup behind starter Cory Paus.
